Error 500 Import Data from Letterman on 1and1.com - 2008/07/16 09:18 I am getting an Error 500 using Import Data from Letterman on 1and1.com. I am using PHP 5 and MySQL 4.0.

Is there anyway to slow this process down so I do not get the internal error when importing the data?

Re:Error 500 Import Data from Letterman on 1and1.com - 2008/07/16 09:36 I tried it but it did not fix the issue. Joomla is reporting PHP 5 is running. I think the issue with 1and1 is the database is not at "localhost" but at another server "db989.perfora.net" and it is timing out due to the number of connections.

Re:Error 500 Import Data from Letterman on 1and1.com - 2008/07/16 12:04 UPDATE: I eneded up exporting my mailing list from Letterman to XML. Opened it in Excel 2007 and deleted 2 columns and added 1 column. Then exported it to a comma delimited file and then imported the subscribers.
