Incorrect statistics - 2008/06/27 15:57 Hi,

We are running Acajoom Pro 2.0.8 on our website and we seem to have some incorrect statistics.
Yesterday, we have sent out a newsletter to 344 subscribers.
When I check the statistics, I see in the tab Detailed all subscribers in the HTML unread column.
In the Global statistics tab I see: Sent in HTML format: 19.
This seems wrong. In the webserver e-mail logfile we see that all mails have gone out.

What could have caused these wrong numbers in the statistics? Did we do something wrong?

Do you use sh4040SEF ?
If yes, I advise you to exclude Acajoom from SEF and/or SEF from Acajoom.

The email is considered as read IF the email is sent in HTML and IF the user has allowed to display the images.

Which method are you using to send emails ?
Have you tried to send emails with another email server ?
