Subscribe problem - 2008/05/11 16:03 Hello,
i'm using joomla 1.5.3 with acajoom Pro 2.0.8!

All work fine and it's cool..just a little problem with new subscriber or existing users (with sync option).

I edited all my setting like your documentation file:

in the module:
Access Level: Public
List ID :4
Chek List by Default: yes

Now i try to register me for the newsletter i created (ID:4) and the confirmation message appear: "you have been successfully added to the list."

When i go to the Acajoom Component/Subscribers i see my name with Registered (no), Confirmed (yes), Hmtl (yes)

If i click on my name i see more details (here the problem):

Under "your subscription" there is: Subscribe (NO)

I tried different configuration but nothing changed, i can't automatically subscribe to a newsletter.

What's the problem?

Are you using a component such as FabrikForm or another one ?
