[SOLVED] Statistics, if read, not showing - 2008/05/11 10:01 Hi, Acajoom users and in charge,

After installing Acajoom 2.0.6 I observed that the statistics were not working, and also other minor errors too. Before I installed version 2.0.6 everything was fine.

Since i did not find any solution to my questions, i uninstalled Acajoom 2.0.6 and went back to the previous version 2.0.1.

The minor errors disappeared. But the main error, not showing if the emails were read or not, remain. As one of the subscribers I have opened the email received, but still it did not show up in the statistics.

I sincerely thank you for any help.

Version I use:

Acajoom News 2.0.1
Sent via smtp server
Joomla! 1.0.13 Stable

Re:Statistics, if read, not showing - 2008/05/12 18:42 Hello Arun,

Do you have a report of the minor errors ?

The detailed statistic isn't available with the free version.
Moreover, if you send a newsletter with the preview button, the statistics won't work.

Re:Statistics, if read, not showing - 2008/05/13 04:29 Hi, Jonathan.

I did not use the preview button to send the mailing. The minor errors I refered to happened when I installed 2.0.6. Now I came back to 2.0.1 and those are not happening anymore. Any way I told you about them in our first try to solve it.

Now i presume the statistics not working have something to do with the newsletters not showing in the front end. I mentioned it in another topic I posted. Viewing mailings in front end, only if logged in ... i just watched that you answered it... i go have a look.

Thanks for caring

Arun

[SOLVED] Re:Statistics, if read, not showing - 2008/05/13 05:26 The statistics were not working because the module item 99 was blocked... unaware, another module with special access took the '99'... so ... after reading the topic of the other post i numbered it 999... (this i changed in the Acajoom 'configuration' 'miscelaneous').

So thanks for now.
