Re:how to resolve this? - 2008/05/21 22:15
Hello Jo,
I'll give you an example : You create 2 auto-responders. One is sent 1 day after subscription, and the other one is sent 3 days after the last auto-responder.
After that, the user will be unsubscribed.
Now, you want to subscribe your user to a newsletter list after sending the auto-responders.
You will create your newsletter list and you will get the ID of the newsletter list. You will create your auto-responder list and you will set the ID in the follow-up field.
So, when a user subscribes to the auto-responder list, he will receive the email and after he will automatically subscribe to the newsletter.
[USER] ----> Autoresponder1 ----> Autoresponder2 ----> Newsletter
It's a cycle. So, if he unsubscribe, the cycle is broken and he won't receive the next emails.
I hope my example will help you to understand better the process.
