Need to track new subscribers and unsubscribers - 2008/02/19 03:15 Does Acajoom display stats that will allow me to track new subscribers to a news letter and track when someone unsubscribes to a news letter.

But you won't be able to track unsubscriptions. Please check our official documentation and existing replies before posting on our forum!

Re:Need to track new subscribers and unsubscribers - 2008/02/20 18:38 So what you are saying is that we would not know who has unsubscribed because, the e-mail address of a person who has unsubcribed was still there. Why was that unsubscribed address not deleted.

Re:Need to track new subscribers and unsubscribers - 2008/02/20 20:01 The e-mail is not deleted because we planned to have a button to be able to see all users who unsubscribed from the lists.

If you edit a user and this user is not subscribed to any list, that means he unsubscribed from all your lists but we want to make the process more simple for admin. Please check our official documentation and existing replies before posting on our forum!
