not sending template (only text) - 2007/09/13 17:30 Since I updated my acajoom news to version 1.4.1, the newsletter is not using the defined template (not using template at all). Probebly I changed something in the configuration but I can't see what and how to fix this problem. Sending old newsletters give the same problem. Text is send correctly (without template).

Re:not sending template (only text) - 2007/09/13 17:49 Since Acajoom 1.2.9, we changed a feature between Template and Content.
You have to rewrite all your Newsletters, Smart-Newsletters and AutoResponders (a simple copy/paste from the template (in your list configuration) to the mailing).
You can see that your template is shown when you create your Mailing! It's easier to write a beautiful mailing... But the content tag ( [content] ) is not useful any more.
So, every time you see the [content] tag, Acajoom won't replace it, so you can erase this tag.

If you don't really understand what I mean, try to create a new Newsletter and I'm sure it will be clearer. Let us know if you have problems.

And make sure you selected 'send HTML version' for your Template (in the list) and that your users have the option 'receive HTML'.
