Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/10 12:22 I am having the same problem and I took your advice and installed the standalone plugin. It didn't work for me. Anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

Thanks!

Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/10 18:45 It's a very very long time we didn't had this problem...
So yes, the first thing to do is to make sure you use the latest version of Acajoom and the latest version of the CB Plugin.

Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/10 21:35 I am using the version 2.0.6 and the plugin that is in the downloads area separate from the package. I have uninstalled and installed a couple times and still have the same problem.

I can see that the person is subscribed in acajoom but not in CB profile.

Thanks.

Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/10 21:40 Ok... so there is a misunderstood here!

Acajoom can not add the user to the CB table.
It's the opposite...
If a user subscribes to CB and you configured the Acajoom CB integration, this user can be added to the Acajoom subscriber page.
But not the other way! We can not add a user into CB, we don't have enough informations for that (password, username...)

Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/11 06:00 Hi,

I understand what you are saying. In the mailing list tab that shows up in the user profile in CB doesn't that tab (acajoom plugin) check the acajoom db? Isn't it supposed to show that the person is subscribed to newsletters or not?

This way the user thinks they are not subscribed. THe attachment shows that the user isn't subscribed, but looking in acajoom it says they are.

Thanks for all your time and help.

Re:CB plugin not saving settings - 2008/06/11 16:12 Yes, sure, of course!

I thought you wanted the user to be added to CB when he subscribe to a Newsletter from the Acajoom Module... Anyway, we are talking about the same thing.

So yes, if the user is registered to CB, you should see on his profile his subscription to Acajoom.
If not, that's because Acajoom and CB are not synchronised. It can be :
1/ Because you added a new user into CB and you didn't configure the Acajoom CB integration so the user has been added to CB but not immediately to Acajoom.
2/ Because the synchronisation has not been proceed since a while.

If you edit this profile on CB and save it, the Acajoom CB Plugin should add this user or synchronize him.
Is it not the case?
