You use our free version, so you can not see the button 'Sync Users' in the configuration page...
So first I want to make sure the Acajoom CB Plugin is launched and works as it should.
Please add a new user into Community Builder and let me know if this user is added into Acajoom as well.
Please check our official documentation and existing replies before posting on our forum!
