Fireboard, Acajoom Smartletters etc - 2008/05/29 02:36 If Acajoom Newletters etc are able to extract content from most Joomla Components, then why can it not extraxt content from Fireboard, another Joomla component.

It would be very useful for Smart Newsletters.

Thanks.

Re:Fireboard, Acajoom Smartletters etc - 2008/05/29 19:21 Hello Costello,

You can't insert content from components.

But with our PRO version, you can use the user data to insert into your newsletter from Community Builder. You can also, with the pro version, include the latest articles from all or a specified section/category.

Re:Fireboard, Acajoom Smartletters etc - 2008/05/29 19:33 Hi

Thanks. I recognise all you have said.

What I am really asking is whether it is possible to have new Forum content integrated into a Newsletter.

Fireboard is fast becoming a standard component in Joomla. So in a Joomla website at present it means that Fireboard content cannot be sent in a Newsletter.

Thanks.

Re:Fireboard, Acajoom Smartletters etc - 2008/05/29 23:38 Hello again,

I understand what you need. I asked to our developer and this feature will be implemented for the next generation of Acajoom.

You can develop a mambot if you want to use it with Acajoom.
