Re:How to import an existing list of subscribers - 2008/07/01 19:09 Hi,
I've read all the documentation and forum entries and still need help. I have a list of subscribers in corrects .csv format. When I got to Components/Acajoom/Subscribers/Import, I get no more options. There is nothing on the import page and nowhere to go to get my list.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mary

Re:How to import an existing list of subscribers - 2008/07/01 22:24 Hello Mary,

I looked your CSV file that you provided me. Everything is ok.

Have you tried to reinstall Acajoom ?

Re:How to import an existing list of subscribers - 2008/08/20 09:16 Hi Again:
I have Acajoom PRO 2.0.8. which we just got recently. I have successfully imported a list of subscribers, but now I cannot and get the following error which I cannot find an answer for. Everything seems to be have write permissions. I even get this error trying to import a test list that worked before. Here is the error. I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place for the directory.

Cannot write directory /home/againstt/public_html/components/com_acajoom/upload

Thanks,
Mary

Re:How to import an existing list of subscribers - 2008/08/21 18:08 Hello Mary,

Have you verify that the upload directory exists and it's writable ?

<joomla>/components/com_acajoom/upload
<joomla>/administrator/components/com_acajoom/upload

If you have Joomla 1.5.x, verify that you haven't enabled the FTP. If yes, disable it.

Re:How to import an existing list of subscribers - 2008/08/25 21:39 Hello,

If you read the message, the folder isn't under the administration but in the front end.

Verify that you have an Upload directory :
<joomla>/components/com_acajoom/upload

If not create it.

Then verify the permissions.
