That would make a little difference on our support as somebody of our team could test it directly on your website with admin access and fix the problem.
But the system is exactly the same and a lot of our users use the Acajoom CB Plugin without any issue (Free, Plus and PRO). I checked your registration page and everything seems to be configured properly, I can see the list so the Acajoom Plugin is loaded. Usually it's a little mistake and the Acajoom CB Plugin is not loaded properly so that explain the result. In your case, I'm afraid I can not help you more without Admin access.
Please try to uninstall the Acajoom CB Plugin and reinstall the latest one from our download page. So you will have a new configuration on CB .
