Somedays of a week my scheduled mails not working. For example today non of my mailings sent.

I try to open

I changed my www.mysite.com with my original address but Internet Explorer cant open the page.

What could be wrong?

Re:cron job not running - Resolved - 2008/06/10 17:32 When you have a problem to send e-mail, I recommend you to click on the button 'Process Queue' in your Acajoom configuration page.

This button will do the same job than the cron task but you will be able to see any error on the screen. (We don't display any error in the frontend for security reasons).

Re:cron job not running - 2008/09/19 20:08 Hello,
I used in previous month the scheduled mails without any problem.
Now it''s a week that I'm not able to send the new NewsLetter because it remains always scheduled...
I put on my cron on http://www.joobisoft.com and I scheduled the NewsLetter without press Send button. The NewsLetter never started and the scheduled icon never change. If I click on the button 'Process Queue', it replies that every mail was successfully sent.

I tested my cron putting the address http://www.xxxx.com/index.php?option=com_acajoom&act=cron and it works fine.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Re:cron job not running - 2008/09/21 14:28 Thanks for your reply.
Nothing changed... The newsletter doesn't start and still remains scheduled.

I read on official documentation that
"Acajoom won't be able to send all your e-mails. Acajoom will only send some e-mails (between 10 and 150 depending on your configuration) and will stop its process until the next cron task launch Acajoom again. So if you configure your cron task on your end, don't forget to launch Acajoom several times per days!"

What does it mean "if youu configure your cron task on your end,..."?

Thanks

Re:cron job not running - 2008/09/21 22:25 "if you configure your cron task on your end,..." means if you configure your own cron task and don't use our free service on Joobisoft.com .

Do you have at least one confirmed subscriber subscribed to your list?
It can be one reason for a Newsletter to don't be sent...
