Newsletter send only to first 60 subscribers - 2007/08/20 12:38 I created and send my first production newsletter. I pressed send button and only first 60 subscribers got listed in the log. The Configuration Mail section "sending settings" says
"Emails between pauses" 65 and
"Paues x seconds every configures amount of emails" 60, hovewer nothing seems to be happening.

As I am now trying to send newsletter to my production clients, please let me know

1. when will remaining newsletters be send?
2. where can I see the detailed log of what was actually send (as per configuration/logs&stats log should be in administrator/components/com_acajoom/com_acajoom.log but there is no file of such name)

Please give me exact instructions. I do not

Re:Newsletter send only to first 60 subscribers - 2007/08/20 18:55 If you directly click on the 'Send' button, Acajoom will directly try to send all your e-mails and if an error occurred (time-limit for example), Acajoom won't be able to send the rest of your e-mails.

That's why I recommend to schedule your Newsletter.
Don't click on the 'Send' button but enter a date in the future and click on the 'SAVE' button.
This Newsletter is now scheduled (you should see the Scheduled Icon for this Newsletter) and Acajoom will automatically send it if your cron task works.
With this process, you will be absolutely sure that all your e-mails are sent.

Where do I put the date in the future?
Or is this option only available in the versions you need to pay for?

Yes, this option is only available in our commercial versions : Acajoom Plus and PRO. Please check our official documentation and existing replies before posting on our forum!

Re:Newsletter send only to first 60 subscribers - 2008/01/15 10:08 I want to try this but am located in Australia (GMT+10). I have set my Joomla Global setting locale to reflect my location but the 'send date' field in the newsletter is still reflecting the server date/time.

My server is located in the USA, so some 16 hours behind my location. What date/time do I enter into the newsletter scheduled send date/time? My local (Australian) send date/time or the USA (server location) date/time?
