Emails Not Sending

Hi, i have set up a newsletter and am trying to send it to a group of friend, the newsletter is NOT being sent to anyone.Please help

Hi,

did you configure Acajoom (Acajoom configuration panel), Mail tab?

Did you create new list, added some subscribers to it, create new newsletter and press Send?

I would appreciate more info to be able to help you

Hi, thanks for your quick response. Yes i have set up the config, not sure which option to use smtp/php/sendmail, i have tried the different options.Do you have a general config set up the i can use?

Hi,

you can use whichever option for mailer that you want. SMTP and PHP mailer are good because they actually generate an error when it happens. Sendmail accepts everything (even non valid email addresses) and doesn't produce any error message.

There is no general config available but you can always read our official documentation. This is very advisable to understand how Acajoom works
