URGENT! Acajoom don't send to ALL my users

Hi!
I have an urgent problem!
Till some days ago my newsletter was going well sending emails to ALL my users and in the Sthatistics it was saying: "Sent in HTML: 1069" that was the right number of all my users.

Now since some days it says: "Sent in HTML: 0" but in I see the Details of the Statistics it show that is sent to some emails but NOT ALL that is more or less 600/700 users.

I use PHP mail function, maybe if I use SMTP or Sendmail function the problem would be solved?

Maybe your hosting changed server limitation on number of emails that you are allowed to send during one hour and during one day?

No, my server didn't.
Also it's not an exact number (like for example 500 or 600 0r 700, etc.), it changes depending on the email, for example for an email it sends to 648, for another 592, for another 781, etc.

it's like it interrupts suddenly without a motivation!

please check with your hosting what is the maximum number of emails that you can send during on hour, during one day and configure Acajoom sending options regarding to that.

No, my host said they didn't change anything.

In fact today i sent 2 newsletters and:

- the first one went good! it was sent to all my 1100 users on my website.

- the second one (sent after like 3 hours) went wrong again: it was sent just to 600 people.

Is there some settings I could change to try to fix this problem?

Hi,

as I already said you have limitation on number of emails that you are permitted to send during one day. That is your only problem
