WORD HTML Documents

When I copy and paste a newsletter from a WORD Document,
I get all kinds of error messages and odd code when others
few the newsletter with Acajoom Pro.

Can you recommend something to help clean up the WORD HTML
and avoid odd characters, etc in the final newsletter?

I would recommend not to use word as your HTML editor at all. Also, I would recommend to copy/paste only text and not text formatting. Use Joomla editor for formatting text.

When you copy/paste from word you (as you already noticed) get lots of garbage in your HTML. Word is not HTML editor so it produces very unclean HTML.
