Acajoom component shows other modules

hi,
Acajoom Pro 3.0.7
PHP5
sh404sef
VM

If I follow this URL

http://mysite/index.php?option=com_acajoom&act=mailing&listid=1&listype=1&task=archive&Itemid=99

I get modules shown for menu items that should not be shown at the same time as Acajoom

Thus on the above link I get all the Virtumart modules shown, even though they are only setup to show on the "shop" menu.

Strange

Okay is it an item ID problem

Changed the end of the url to be

archive&Itemid=43

where the item ID is the item ID of the main menu item, but not the submenu used by acajoom

This seemed to work

not quite can not get modules to show up as same time as this URL now

Hi,

you can go to menu manager and find ItemID of Acajoom component menu item. Copy that ItemID, go to Acajoom configuration panel and paste it in ItemID text box. Your Acajoom will always generate links with this itemid

Nice One!

OKay this is what I did,

Created menu link to component. Got Item ID and put in into Acajoom.
Then unpublished the menu component.

Then created a menu item to
index.php?option=com_acajoom&act=mailing&listid=1&listype=1&task=archive&Itemid=120

As I have only one mailing list, I don't want the user to have to select only one item from a list, So I take them straight to the list of newsletters.

I presume I have to keep the componet unpublished to ensure the itemid is aviable
