Form needs a between topic and name field

Hey guys,

Great job on the component, you did great.
I published a copy of the mod within an article by using and it needs a <br> between the name of the subscription and the first input field (name). What's the file that generates this? I've been looking for it for quite some time, no luck though.

Found it. It's in administrator/com_acajoom/classes/class.module.php around line 240.
